Day 1 (Mon. 11/11/19)
Arrive in Tel Aviv. For early arrivals - tour of Tel Aviv and Ancient Jaffa. Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Day 2 (Tue. 12/11/19)
Travel to the beautiful ruins of Caesarea, a large port city built by Herod the Great in honor of Roman Caesar Augustus. It was also the hometown of Phillip the Evangelist and Cornelius, the first gentile to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. In addition, Paul was held prisoner in Caesarea for two years. Drive to Megiddo, the "Hill of Battles," where archaeologists uncovered 20 civilizations built one upon another and where the Battle of Armageddon is to take place. Continue to the Sea of Galilee. After enjoying St. Peter's fish for lunch, visit the city of Magdala, home of Mary Magdalene, with the synagogue from the days of Yeshua and see the 2000 years old boat at Ginnosar. Conclude the day with a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee with worship music and teaching. Overnight in Tiberias.
Day 3 (Wed. 13/11/19)
Drive to ancient Dan to see the headwaters of the Jordan river, a city gate from the days of Abraham, built by King Jeroboam for the golden calf. Proceed to Caesarea Philippi, where Peter confessed the Messiah. After lunch, go to Capernaum, hometown of Yeshua, and end the day at the Mount of Beatitudes. Overnight in Tiberias.
Day 4 (Thu. 14/11/19)
Visit ancient Beth Shean, capital of the Decapolis, with its magnificent ruins. Drive by Mt. Gilboa, where Saul and Jonathan were killed in the battle with Philistines. Afterwards go to Jericho, the oldest city in the world. After lunch, proceed to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 5 (Fri. 15/11/19)
Travel to the Old City of Jerusalem, walk through Jaffa Gate, visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Christian and Jewish Quarters of Jerusalem, Herodian Mansion, and the Western Wall. Go back to the hotel and prepare for Kabalat Shabbat and celebration at Netivyah. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 6 (Sat. 16/11/19)
Full day in Netivyah. A special celebration program: fellowship, teachings, prayer, music and much more! Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 7 (Sun. 17/11/19)
Visit the City of David, the most extensive excavation site in the world, walk through Hezekiah's tunnel, see the ancient Jebusite fortress, and read the Gospel of John by the pool of Siloam. Proceed to Davidson Center and the Southern Steps of the Herodian Temple. Visit the Israel Museum to see the Dead Sea Scrolls, model of the Second Temple and its rich archaeological collection. In the evening - lecture from a well-known Israeli archaeologist. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 8 (Mon. 18/11/19)
Drive to the legendary fortress of Masada, continue to the fresh springs of Ein Gedi, where David and his men hid from Saul. Visit Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1947. After lunch, swim and enjoy the mud bath at the Dead Sea. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 9 (Tue. 19/11/19)
From the ashes of the Holocaust to Hi-Tech Empire: visit Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum, learn about the struggle for Israel's creation and visit an underground bullet factory. Experience one of Israel's Hi-Tech companies or research facilities. Evening lecture. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 10 (Wed. 20/11/19)
Drive to the Valley of Elah, where young David defeated Goliath, the Philistine giant. Proceed to the ruins of Beit Shemesh, where the Ark of the Covenant returned to after being captured by the Philistines. Visit Bethlehem and Hebron (if security permits). Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 11 (Thu. 21/11/19)
Travel home refreshed and full of great memories.
